All-Star Baseball 2002

THE GOOD:
Graphics, gameplay, new features.

THE BAD:
Controlls are hard, can be boring.

SUMMARY:
Deffinitley the best baseball game yet! Many new features that allow you to check your swings on uncertain strikes, has new and remodeled stadiums, you can use your Hall of Famefavorite players like Nolan Ryan, Reggie Jackson, and Yogi Berra; has never before seen in a video game-broken bats, has player specific stances and motions, and also has Classic Uniforms for each club like the '84 Astros. This game was great for a little while but then once you can easily beat any team it starts to get boring. Although, it is still a decent game.

THE GOOD:
Nothing. Horrendously nothing

THE BAD:
Hitting interface, Graphics, commentary, defensive control, the fact that this game was sold in the USA.

SUMMARY:
As a new trend, im going to say this game should be used for torturing prisoners. I would rather play superman 64. The collision detection is horrible in the out field. You will often see a ball 7 feet away from an outfielder magically appear in his glove. BULL. Hitting the ball is so sloppy and suck, it's often not even worth is. Home run happy is the only way to score. Base running is sloppy and you will often send a runner you dont want to. No franchise mode no nothin. A simple season with no off-season modes. Dear lord, the All star baseball on the N64 is better than this. I often found myself just beaning batters for an entire game cuz i waz bored. Give this game to a Nazi, not an American.

All Star Baseball 2002, is a technologically advance version of all the other baseball games out there. Acclaims answer to Major League Baseball and Triple Play, this game tries to make there game better than any other game on the market.

PROS:
1. You can actually see your teams mascots on the dugouts performing different dance steps.
2. Updated for the 2001 season roster, so you do not have to change any of the lineups, unless you be cheap and make an ultimate team.
3. If you are a fan of baseball in real life and in video games then this will be a great game for you.
4. Unlike some previous editions of this game, the graphics are nearly flawless and not nearly choppy.
5. There is a hall of fame team with all of the classic players from the past.

CONS:
1. Once you have the game mastered then the game will not be very much fun.
2. The game will get quickly outdated in just a couple of months.
