Background

Shipwrecked on the island of Koholint, Link awakens to find that his only way of returning home is by collecting the 8 magical instruments of the Sirens. An owl will be lent throughout the game as it gives you clues and tips, while you encounter many other non-player characters giving items and offering advice.

• Seek entrance to the eight dungeons of Koholint in order to gain the eight Siren Instruments
• Explore villages, forests, mountains and deserts as you seek a way off the island
• Defeat a variety of enemies, ranging from simple octoroks to the nightmare bosses
• Use many items, including Link's trusty sword and the long range bow, to clear the game's obstacles
