THE GOOD:
-New and longer storyline than sacred cards.
-Hard enough to keep an interest.
-Lots of cards.
-Lots of duelists.
-Full useage of the god cards.
-Tradeing/dueling with other gameboys.THE BAD:
-Deck capacity rule makes the game un-neccessarily difficult in parts.
-Takes too long to build up deck capacity.
-Newer card costs makes good cards harder to obtain.
-The game ends badly.
-The game cheats. SUMMARY:
The game itself is unbalenced in several ways. The sacred cards (the only point of reference for this game) was too easy, and konami have made the opposite here. The game is however more unreasonable than hard: opponents use illegal amounts of cards (eg: 3 raigekis), and get amazing draws when required. Luck is required too much, and thee is not enough room for skill. However trading between games and dueling in a similar way is an interesting addition to the game that is good, and there are many new cards, such as vampire lord. |

THE GOOD:
Every thing. Their is only a slight problem, that is its quite hard but that makes it even more fun. A challenge.THE BAD:

This game is great, all Yu-Gi-Oh! fans should get this game. Please don't listen to ignorant people who say the elemental system is stupid, IT ISN'T, it have says my arse so many times and gained me really good cards.
HINT

At Domino station defeat the guard and the four people inside then go into the carriage and the challange the person with the biggest hair. Don't worry if you don't have any powerful cards she/he is very easy. Put up the highest cards you have, if you ante a card like peacock then she/he will eventually give you Meteor Dragon A:1800 D:2000 and Meteor B. Dragon A:3500 D:2000 which are really good cards (you need quite a high duelist level to put Meteor B. Dragon in your deck but you can put Meteor Dragon in your deck straight away). |

Good: Everything was well done. Thankfully they didnt change anything from the first game. (Scared Cards). The music was real good also. Some parts had good beats, almost felt like dancing to them.
Bad: Well..once you start out, it very hard to keep up. The cards you have are totally useless and in order to buy more, you need alot of money. But once you battle some of the duelists in Battle City, you get a good amount of money and your able to keep up in the game.
Music: 7/10- Not bad..
Graphics- 7/10-When fighting an oppenont, its not too great, but it satisifised me enough.
Humor-7/10- Good parts here and there. Like Joey showing off like always. Funny stuff.
Storyline-10/10- I think this DOES take place after Yugi beats Marik. So many of the old character from the other sagas come back and face you. Even when the main villan showed up..i was somewhat surprised..
Overall- 9/10-Heres the lowdown. You need to know how to play the game at least if you want to go far. All in all, great game. Its a must buy for the yugioh fans! |

THE GOOD:
You are alowed to play the egyption God Cards. Just like The Sacred Cards you can walk around. It is a great game. THE BAD:
There is nothing bad. This game rules. You have to play a lot of low attack cards when you first start out. This game kept me hanging and I couldn't figure it out. That is a good thing though. It made the game tough. SUMMARY:
In this game there is a very well planned storyline. This game is very fun and I can't stay away from it until I beat it. This game is just like the Sacred Cards and you can walk around. In this game Yami is taken and all of the Millenium Items are hid around the world. The Egyption God Cards are turned into stone and you need to get all of the Millenium Items to free them. I reccomend this game to everyone who is a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh!. You get three free cards with the game. |

SUMMARY:
I enjoy the gameplay and this game should be rated higher. I think they pretty much fixed everything from YGO DM 7 without removing the gameplay. I know a lot of people don't like the elemental system but it kinda balances the game... It stops you from cornering the other duelist and disabling them from doing anything. There are some bad parts like the auto monster reborn. But it uses the last monster of theirs. So, you could use it tactically still. The traps that are activated on auto could be used in a good way too. It saves time from prompting and it teaches you that you shouldn't load a trap unless you plan to use it during their next turn. I also like how there's so many duelists that you could rematch after you beat the game. Plus, the link up system adds a lot to the game. Only if I had friends that had it. Considering that, I hope this game comes out to America. I wanna know what the original story is and I wanna duel friends under these rules along with the God Cards. |

THE GOOD:
Nothing good about it, except that you can use cards that u have never seen before like the god cards and the black paladin and dragon king and dragon god. there are also never before seen and used cards and it also takes u deeper into the aspects of duel monsters. THE BAD:
Everything, it just sucks. cyber stein doesn't even have it's special ability to summon any fusion monster and there's a damn deck capacity and level. this really limits ur cards. and plus, it's in japanese right now, so unless u know japanese it's just one fat, ugly waste of time. and another thing, the story doesn't even fit in with the story like that of the show. if i could, i would rate it a -10000000. please, stay away from this hidious attempt at making a fun game! SUMMARY:
however, i do think that any video game company would make alot of money by making an english version. do this, and i think that one certian company could make alot of money.
HINT : making it into english = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
