THE GOOD: -great graphics -lots of x-men to choose from
THE BAD: -bosses are too easy -gets very tedious after aout 20 minutes or less -not enough levels
SUMMARY: This is is good while it lasts(about 20 minutes)worth a rental for x-men fans.but it just gets very boring after a while and you often have to wait for enimies to get into the screen. And the bosses are way too ez all you have to do is hit them multipile times until you max out the mutant power bar then unleaash your power
THE GOOD: Excellent graphics and sound. Includes loads of characters from the series - always a bonus for the obsessed x-men fan!
THE BAD: inadequate control, gameplay seems just a bit too tedious with limited moves for each player. As an avid X-men fan i am truly disappointed!
SUMMARY: The one added bonus I found with this game was when I used a cheat cartridge(available at about £20/25) with the cartridge I was able to play as Gambit! - easily the best character in the game as his moves had a bit more pizzaz!!
Summary: Dont buy this for the gameplay which isnt bad but it aint worth forkin out the Pounds/euros for. (Check out jackie Chan for an extra dimension in gameplay!)
Do buy this if u really like the x-men and dont give a monkeys about the gameplay.
THE GOOD: Hey it's the X-Men! What more could you ask for? Excellent and unbelievably smooth animations, good control, and I hear over 40 of our favorite mutants.
THE BAD: Somehow doesn't grab me. I used to enjoy games like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in the arcade, and it could be that I'm just getting to old and stodgey to enjoy hack and slash.
SUMMARY: Gameplay, control, graphics and even storyline are pretty good in this one. I have played some of the X-bombs in the past and this one is deffinately worth a look. Unfortunately for me, hopefully not you, I was unable to really get into this game.
It plays almost exactly like the old arcade teenage mutant ninja turtles game used to play. And I can tell you that machine ate a lot of my quarters. However this game hasn't been as enjoyable for me. Perhaps it's the lack of other players to play with on the GBA. NOTE: YOU CAN PLAY STORY MODE WITH 4 PLAYERS.
That has to be one of the coolest things about this game, in fact I was think...
