Trauma Center: Under the Knife

THE BAD:
~Operations need very specific things done, and sometimes instructions aren't clear. Obviously, this is so you will think for yourself, but I found it frustrating at times.
~There is minimal speech in the game, and shouts of "Doctor!" aren't really what you need to hear when you're trying to focus.
~Some of the harder operations will need several tries to get them done right, which can be frustrating.

SUMMARY:
This is a must-get if you are a DS obssesed. This game is different. You can now rest from battles and wars... You can now operate.

The graphics are awesome. Simple like that. The characters have the best Anime Style, and are very well detailed.
In Operations, everything transforms into 3D. Every organ is very well detailed. You can tell which organ is what even if you don't know about medic stuff. The tools you use are also very well designed. They don't lack one simple detail.
