After the end of the tragedy that was World War III the Federated Earth Nation was created in order to unite all nations under one rule. During this time human colonisation reached out into space, bu as time passed those within the colonies chose to declare war against the FEN. The wat ended with the death of the FEN president and government control was handed back to the individual nations.

But Earth's problems were just beginning. Invaders known as the Radham took control of the Orbital Space Ring and the Jovian Lizards destroyed the Mars space colony. Earth is brought to the brink of collapse, but the fightback will soon begin.
