THE GOOD:
-Great graphics.
-Fitting music.
-New PKMN.
-Migrate PKMN from GBA.
-WiFi
-Battle moves.

As time goes on, graphics will get better and better for gaming system. And no doubt, the DS doesn't disappoint us with PKMN. Some of the new PKMN are very intriguing along with their good battle moves. Also, you can migrate PKMN from GBA which saves a great amount on time on hunting the variety of PKMN. Able to trade over WiFi is great. I love the fact you can trade with people around the world.

THE BAD:
-Unoriginal PKMN.
-Same story.
-Voice chat.
-WiFi.
-Legendaries.

Unfortunately, the story will always stay the same 'cause that's PKMN for you. You can only stand the same story for so long. Beat the gyms, beat the bad guys, and defeat the E4. End story. Sure, there are some things you can do after the story, but they are just nick-knacks, nothing to epic. As for the PKMN, they are just...

THE GOOD:
Good: This installment in the pokemon seres would be the fourth one. There are many new features to this game for it has been 2 years since the release of the other Pokemon games. There are a few new things added, here are a few that I will list here with good points of the game.
-New 3D Graphics
-New pokemon
-New items
-Wi Fi
-New trading over wifi

THE BAD:
The newest Pokemon games sucked. Im going to be blunt, these Pokemon are not original. For example, Pikachu was a rat, Rattata was a rat, Pidgey was a bird. What does that make Dialga? These Pokemon are not unique and they are just slabbed together for the newest game.
Here are a list of things I don't like about the game.
-Pokemon are not unique
-Same thing over, get 8 badges and fight elite 4
-Wi-Fi lags
-Voice chat sometimes is un-comprehensible
-Too many legendaries

SUMMARY:
The newest game wasn't good. There are...

THE GOOD:
- Pokemon is back and as fun as ever; become a Pokemon trainer and travel the world collecting the little creatures, beating Gym leaders and trainers and earning badges, and fight the Elite Four in the end and become the best trainer; there are even things to do and see after you beam the Elite Four
- Most challenging game in the series
- Best graphics of the series (sorta), even though the 3D graphics look and feel very odd at times; Pokemon and battle fields look better than ever
- Longest game in the series
- One large map with a lot to do and see
- The ability to run! (not just walk around slowly)
- Enemy trainers move! You don't have to stupidly walk into them anymore to talk/battle '" they might come to you
- Battles are more fun than they have ever been
- Double battles are really cool
- Choose a gender of main character and name them
- Collect/catch 400 different Pokemon creatures in Pokeballs and...

THE GOOD:
New Pokemon, being able to Migrate Pokemon from the old games, and having new evolutions from old Pokemon are a few main points. The PokeTech is useful, and makes doing tedious tasks, less tedious. The PokeRadar makes finding certain Pokemon difficult, but it adds to the experience. Also, with the PokeRadar, you can get chains of Pokemon, making shinnies easier to get. I'll go more in depth with this later.
The new gym leaders are also exciting. Some new types have been tried, as well as the fact that now they are not limited to a certain type of Pokemon, but just a certain type of move. This allows for a more versatile and better match.

THE BAD:
There are many tedious and annoying tasks to complete. Leveling up is one of these things. It is hard to stay as strong as all the other trainers, and takes more time and effort to keep up. The Elite 4 and champion are much stronger than you, which can be extremely annoying after you try many...

THE GOOD:
493 PokeMon with new evolutions to old, forgotten PokeMon, and migration are two main turning points. With each game, there are always new evolutions, but I daresay the ones in this game specifically are probably the most criticized. Shiny PokeMon are brought back, and look better than ever. Super Contests add more "zest" to the normal contest. WiFi battles, although expected, are a huge up, so the game never gets boring. With voice chat added to WiFi, this is the climax feature of the game. Another WiFi addition, the GTS allows you to trade with anyone around the world. Underground features, including secret bases, make you feel like you actually live somewhere in the game, and your character is just some tramp. Finally, long and interesting gameplay make this game flavorful to the last drop.

THE BAD:
Too many legendary PokeMon are in the game. When I first got the game, I could not tell the difference from one legendary's name to the next... I...

THE GOOD:
The game has some great things about it. It gives you the classic Pokemon feel, yet is an entirely new game. The game makes you keep wanting to play. It's addicting, attempting to catch them all!

Another great thing about this game is the WiFi play. It is awesome to be able to connect with buddies, or anyone in the world, and trade Pokemon. The Friend Code system is a way to verify who you are playing against.

THE BAD:
Even though it being a new adventure, it has the same plot every Pokemon game has had. The fate of the world has fallen onto a kid's shoulders whose trying to make it to the Elite 4. I mean I understand it is a Fantasy RPG, but they could have tried to make it a bit more believable.

One of the worst things about this game is the touch screen usage. Mostly because there is none! All you do is use it to use your fancy watch that isn't even that important. The controls are a bit disappointing....

THE GOOD:
VERY wide range of competition(a.k.a competitive battling), good storyline, nice 3D graphics, uses wi-fi, and has a interesting after story.

THE BAD:
Sometimes some grainy movements, has gotten a LOT slower when doing moves, walking, etc. Lots of reported wi-fi problems and GTS is horrible.

SUMMARY:
For one thing competitive battling is really fun. It's like an RPG turned into a almost pure and luck game. There are 493 Pokemon, which makes it pretty interesting. Too bad half of them sucked, the next quarter medicore. For more info, look for the tiers of Poke'mon.

The storyline will keep you awake all night. Even after I've played it and beat it and restarted it countless times, and still grabs my attention. It was far better than FR/LG's since they use the same story line as R/B/Y, ahem sorry got off topic. The fact is, this is Pokemon's (almost) best one.

The graphics are a bit amazing, especally out in...

THE GOOD:
Lot's of things including Battles, Contests, Elite Four etc.

THE BAD:
Absolutely nothing wrong except Gym Leader's Puzzles are a bit hard for me >_<"

SUMMARY:
Pokemon on the DS is nothing new -- we've already received Pokemon Dash, Pokemon Trozei, and Pokemon Ranger in the system's two years of life. But it's the RPG design the public's clamoring for, not the spin-offs -- those games were just biding the time while Game Freaks cranked out the enormous, ambitious, real deal Pokemon project. It doesn't matter what's going to be said in the next thousand or so words: Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl will, without a doubt, be the top-selling game released to date on the Nintendo DS. There's absolutely no debate here. Millions of gamers are going to buy this game no matter what the critical word will be, but that won't stop us from calling it like it is: Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl are still the "gotta have" portable games,...

THE GOOD:
The graphics have been touched up and look nicer
A new 3D design gives it a more realistic feel
The sound quality has been improved to a new level
Over 100 new Pokemon have been released
New Gyms, a new Elite Four, and a brand new Battle Tower
Well, it's another Pokemon game!

THE BAD:
Repetitive battle-after-battle gameplay
Not enough use of the touch screen
Poor sound effects for the older Pokemon, should have been REDONE..
Well, it's ANOTHER Pokemon game..

SUMMARY:
Nintendo brought the series back from the grave after all the horrible spin-offs (Ranger and Dungeons) and finally gave us a new addiction - Pokemon Diamond. With over 100 new critters to catch, the series has been revitalized with new graphics, good music, and an overall redone experience. I'll split my review into a few sections - Graphics, Sound, Gameplay, Replayability, and Overall.

GRAPHICS
Ken...

THE GOOD:
Great graphics for a DS game
Plenty of replay value
The only Pokemon game to feature over 400 Pokemon that can be captured.
Wi-Fi is now available so that you can chat, trade, and battle with other trainers from around the world

THE BAD:
The game isn't that difficult to finish, which can be a letdown in some cases.

SUMMARY:
As the next new installment in the Pokemon series, Pokemon Diamond introduces all the classic aspects of all the previous games, as well as entirely new ones. This time around, you explore the Sinnoh region, which is home to a variety of Pokemon that are only native to this particular region. And speaking of Pokemon, there are 100+ new Pokemon that are waiting to be captured so that they can be studied to learn more about the mysteries that surround them.

Like in the previous series, you can choose the gender (it doesn't matter which one you choose, the storyline will be the same...
