Background:
The long running ninja series makes its first apperance on the Nintendo DS with Naruto: Ninja Council 3. Choose your ninja from a large cast, including the likes of Naruto, Sakura, Sasuke and more, and complete the assigned missions that are derived from the TV series. Battle your way past the competition to the top to prove yourself the ultimate ninja.

Gameplay:
Players get to choose their favourite ninja and then set out to complete a variety of different missions. Characters not only have a base set of abilities but can also be assigned abilities from other characters to help them reach the goal. Ninja Council 3 makes full use of the DS hardware for the gameplay, with the touch screen and microphone used to activate each character's special jutsus. If the single player wasn't enough then players can even compete in 4 player gamers such as timed mode and scroll collection mode.
