THE GOOD:
+ Very good music
+ Reasonable graphics

THE BAD:
- Too repetitive
- Easy and not much a challenge
- Boring
- Too much money

SUMMARY:
Summary:

In this simple game, you are Mumble going through the frozen artic, dancing and bellysliding all throughout the game to the end. You go through a simple storyline that takes you from the frozen artic to the zoo and back.

Gameplay:

This game I think is not worth its 20 dollar price tag, it's way too repetitive. It's a simple game with only two kinds of levels which are bellysliding and dancing.

The bellysliding is just where you steer with the control pad to the finish. The goal is really just to get to the rainbow section or to the end. It's not hard, but is rather very slow. The tracks are about 2 minutes long, and you have to steer out of the way of rocks, ice, and other things. You get on ramps to get some extra boosts too. The whole thing is really down hill so it's not like you would turn a corner like in a grand prix. Plus it's not usually racing anyone. It's also the majority of the game. If put as a ratio of bellysliding to dancing it would come out as 5 to 1.

The second kind of level is dancing. In this, all you do is tap circles, to the beat of the song. The songs usually last up to 3 minutes. The tapping is rather easy if you get into the beat of the song. All the while you're tapping, the top screen shows you and somebody else and you're just dancing while the other person is clapping and cheering. Even if you fail this, you will only have to replay it, but it's very hard to fail. The touching is quite accurate too, and has no delay at all. These levels are really just relaxed levels, where you don’t have to do anything really fast or nothing suddenly pops up.

Game options:

The game has 2 options total: story and arcade. Story is just following a storyline like any other game. and arcade is just replaying the levels you have beat in story mode.

Gameplay duration:

For an expert gamer, this game will probably last about 5 levels or a little less.

For an avarage gamer, this game will most likley last up to about 10 or more levels.

And last but not least, for a weak or beginning gamer, this game would be beat in about 1 day.

Storyline:

If you have watched the movie, then the storyline is almost the same. Hatching, and then dancing, then racing and trying to solve the mystery of the aliens, so to refered as. They add some twists like leaving out songs and changing scenes though.

Graphics:

The graphics in this game are reasonable, and meet the usual DS standards. They're not the best but the moving is realistc enough to satisfy people.

Sounds:

The sounds in this game are okay. They follow the movements greatly and are pretty realistic. The songs are absoulutly great... excellent... and really good!

The sound track will surely please players, but the only thing bad about the songs is that there are about only about four total. During the game there are only about five or 6 levels of dancing, and the songs repeat themselves. That really ruins it. (They take some of the songs from the movie and add some.)

Extra opinions of mine:

I personally wanted more meat on this game. I think that the creators only made this more for the reason of getting more money. As my brother and I say, movie games are usually never great, so if you wanted to recommend this game for someone, I would put it as one of the last to get. The game just lacks the element of fun.
