Combat makes you choose between seeing and fighting. Some repetitive textures.
The game is a DS gem that I will recommend to horror and non-horror fans. The story is vague and makes you feel guilty and lost as you walk the barren, empty halls of the hospital. It's a story that really works because it is so mysterious throughout. You feel like there is something big going on, but you get very few hints from the game itself, so you are left wondering what is happening and how you affect it. The game is one of the few horror games on the DS, and one of the only others is the sequel.

Textures ARE repetitive, but that's to be expected because after all, you are in a hospital. I loved the look of the game because it is morbid, and ...
annoying map, no duct-tape on mars (reference to doom 3), story is vague, ammo and lack of reload
The DS is the perfect hand held for fps games, yet there aren't nearly enough ds fps games. Come to think of it neither is there any really good horror games (maybe Resident evil). so this game pretty much hits 2 birds with one stone. Its a great horror fps.

So.. gameplay... well at first the combat is a bit annoying, the nightstick is a horrible weapon (in fact i found myself...
