The introduction movie looks really babyish and stupid. They could've done something a bit more creative and exciting, though you won't care after a while since you'll see it only once.
Other than that, I have to say that the game is easy, you can just pick up the controller and start playing right away even if you've never played it before.

Graphics - 8.2
The graphics have an outstanding detail and is pretty fluid. Though I have to say that Power Stone 1 was more fast and action-paced with combos and more cool looking. Power Stone 2 has also smaller characters and sometimes when you use a special attack it becomes a total mess and you don't understand a thing of what's going on the screen. It's also happened to me that sometimes you experience a frame drop when you use a special, this is minimal though.

Sound - 8.9
The music fits pretty well with the stages. The sound and voice effects are really good. The only thing that stops me...

Power Stone 2
First of all...:This is one of the best fighting games ever made. It is just as good, if not slightly better than SSBM. Buy a Dreamcast, if you don't have one, and buy this. You will not be disapointed.

Visuals: 9.0 I'm definitely diggin` the bright, colorful appearance to this game. The charcters are pretty nicely detailed, along with the stages. The screen lights up with bright flashes when you're using certain weapons or Power Fusions. The entire appearance to this game has a cartoony feel to it. You characters even become flat after being smashed. The frame stays consistent, which is good since the four player madness can get pretty crazy.

Sound: 8.0 The soundtrack is composed of music that really matches the game. Other than the soundtrack, all you really hear are the combat yells and death screams of the characters, which is okay, I guess. I wish that the sound effects were more, for...

Replay value:1.0 : you will play this game for a long, long, long time.But it won't last a year or two.

Music:.3:The music absolutley stinks.Adding a stupid narrator with it.The music and the narrator kills the fun of the game.

Sound:.7:not bad not too good no quality sound.just normal plain stuff.But it's okay.

Controls:1.0: Controls are very simple. with x punch b and y is action and a is jump it has really great controls.

Details and Varieties:1.0:With lots of details like gun turrets secret items in certain stages uses of swords, sticks, and sheilds to using skate boards skates,and scooters.there is also an item shop where you buy stuff and use them in the game and 2 secret characters too!All characters from Power stone 1 is still here.

Get this game if you are a hard core arcade fighting fan.

THE GOOD:
Lots of characters, good music, SFX, lot of multiplayer fun if your having a party

THE BAD:
Gets a little boring afterawhile but that is how most fighting games are

SUMMARY:
If your a big fan of Arena fighting, like Super Smash Bros then you'll love this game.

You choose from about 9 different characters with 2 secret ones to unlock and you battle in excellent levels that change as you play, all the while picking up tons of different items to use against your rivals.

The level change is a big step up from the previous Power Stone, such as your on two submarines fighting then they crash into a glacier and you duke it out there.

THE GOOD:
Four player action. Fully interactive arenas. Simple combat. Tons of options

THE BAD:
Huge save file required for certain options to work.
Camera angle in four player mode too distant.
No English dialog

SUMMARY:
The visuals in this game are absolutely amazing. Each character is animated cleanly, as are the levels. The play control is simple and effective. Here one attack button was plenty. In this game one button doesn't mean one attack, there are many things that you can do. I thought the most impressive thing was the ability to interact with the elements in the arena. Your characters can use turrets, climb poles, swim, fly aircraft, activate traps, and any number of other fun things. Also there may only be one attack button, but there is also a jump, throw and two special buttons adding some required skill to play. The sounds are pretty good, although I have to scold Capcom for not re-doing...
