THE BAD:
-
SUMMARY:
When you think of the Dreamcast system you think of crappy games with choppy graphics. Well that's not so with any of the NFL games (or NBA for that matter). The graphics on this game are superb to any other football game on the market.
The gameplay is also very simple and it's great for someone who just wants to pick up a controller and play their friend because you don't need to memorize 70,000 plays like in Madden.
This is the best football game money can buy and if you still have the Dreamcast and are planning to keep it for awhile then go out and pick up this great title.
THE BAD:
Needs more features, Better TD dances
SUMMARY:
I love NFL 2k2 this game has improved so much over the years especially in the running game. The spin move has been improved a lot since the first two. The option menu looks and works a lot better too.The thing I would love to see in the next 2k is cheerleaders, coaches, challenges and a starting lineup entrance. Some people might think that is copying off of Madden but I really don't care because I like 2k2 way better than Madden. Madden is a little slow pace for me and the running game sucks! That is why I give 2K2 5/5 stars!!!
THE BAD:
Missing a few features I hope to see in the future versions of NFL2K series.
SUMMARY:
The game is missing a few features that I feel would make this game the best football game around. First as the previous two versions, trades cannot be made between a user created teams and existing teams. Considering that user created teams can only use free agents this would be a good feature to have. I remember owning a football game a few years back that had a few features that I really liked. After each season you could draft players from college and train them in training camp. Depending on how you set the excercises it would higher or lower the players rating. Considering NCAA 2K2 has college players I think this would make a great single game using real College players in the draft. Since Dreamcast is the only system you can update rosters it would be hard to keep rosters...
