Koribo Leira, Vivar and Mini Keyboard Roundup - PAGE 1
Steve S. - Wednesday, March 9th, 2011 Like ShareA keyboard can be a vital part of the computer experience. Whether you want a high-end gaming keyboard, a basic office keyboard or a nice ergonomic keyboard, there is a lot to choose from. The problem is, there aren't many keyboards designed to be used as part of a home-theater PC or multimedia setup.
Koribo aims to change that. Founded in 2009, it's a fairly new company to the computer accessory industry. Koribo was started by people with several years of experience developing and distributing HTPC and multi-media accessories.
Today we have three keyboards that would make a great addition to any home theater PC or a media center. The Koribo Leira features dedicated media keys for TV and movie playback, as well as a laptop style touchpad. The Vivar is a compact keyboard with a built-in trackball and media keys. The Mini is a palm-sized keyboard with a joystick style mouse.
At distances of 4m, not perfect line of sight (furniture edges get in the way), both touchpad and keyboard are imperfect.
Is this normal?
