7-Zip is a compression program, much like WinRAR. It features a built-in test, which gives a score for compression and decompression.

Cinebench 11.5 is another rendering program supporting an insane amount of threads. The image is processed by chunks, each running on a particular thread.


The Pure Platinum sits at the bottom this time in 7-Zip. The ASUS boards are once again the top dogs, followed by the Extreme6. Overclocked, Sapphire gets back right behind ASUS. Both Cinebench tests exhibit the same ranking as well. The A75F-A actually performs worse in the OpenGL test after the overclock, thanks to the memory being wrongly configured by the UEFI. The performance demonstrated by the ASUS boards is simply mind-blowing too.

Just built a F1A75-V PRO based system for a friend recently, thing was actually really receptive on the OC potential, good to see that against the field it held up well. Tons of options and the problem is the boards are often at the exact same price point or there's a $10 difference. Given the results there's a lot of ways the results can go if one isn't too cautious though.
