The actual “internet” buttons that Logitech has added to the keyboard consist of only 4 rubber buttons arranged on the far right of the keyboard, and by default they launch your email program, a search page, and the iTouch homepage (two of the buttons are configured to launch the iTouch page). All of these internet buttons are completely user configurable to run a custom program, open a website, or bring up a dropdown list of options. The menu list is an especially interesting option since the drop box can be customized to include any number of web links or program shortcuts, each with a user-definable keyboard hotkey.

As with the MS Internet keyboard, the internet buttons are earmarked with their default functions, the four buttons are marked with what I consider more useful icons than what Microsoft used. The email, search, and homepage buttons can likely be used for their intended purpose, and as for the fourth button - its little icon is vague enough (it resembles a running man… perhaps to symbolize “running” a program) to allow you to assign it to anything without prejudice.
While the MS Internet keyboard focused a lot on “internet” keys, the Logitech keyboard has deviated slightly and included other, more useful keys. Across the top of the keyboard are 7 multimedia keys, which are what make this particular device a winner. Using the iTouch software, these keys blend seamlessly with your system to provide very convenient access to your multimedia programs.
