POV-Ray, for Persistence of Vision Raytracer, is a 3D rendering software that has impressive photorealistic capabilities.
At stock settings the motherboards were only within a few points from each other. Once overclocked, the ASUS motherboard takes the top score.
Cinebench:
Cinebench 10 is another rendering program, also optimized for many-core processors. I will run both the single-threaded benchmark as well as the multi-threaded.
The Cinebench test sees another three-way tie.

I read the Sandy Bridge CPU roundup also. Very impressive numbers. I had a liquid-cooled i5 OC'd to almost 5GHz so I imagine that these boards will allow a new liquid-cooled i7 to do it easily. And looks like retail pricing will be competitive to AMD's high-end offerings.
Very nice reviews. I will go with ASUS board.
