There is one overriding constant when it comes to computers -- what's new today will be old tomorrow. As for hardware, there is that constant need ... the unquenchable urge to upgrade. There's a stack of games waiting in the wings, and even a new benchmarking tool. So, let's take a look at the Sapphire X1650 Pro graphics card!
