The Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition FleX features a GPU manufactured using a 28nm fabrication process. For the HD 7770 series, AMD's Cape Verde sees a reduction in transistor count to 1.5 billion, as as well 640 Stream Processors, 40 Texture Units and 16 ROPs. This card features 1GB of GDDR5 memory running on a 128-bit interface. The overall physical card dimensions are 220x95x35mm.
