Looks like a good card, seems like just the average 5770. I was a tad disappointed in the cooler and how it mostly just blows air around the case. Might be fixed by adding a PCI exhaust fan near it though. Does the HDMI port output audio as well?

Out of curiosity, how long did it take you to do that review?

Good review! Very informative.

It went much faster then usual, because I had to hit the launch deadline. About 4 days.

Good review. Lots of benchmarks (good thing). The card looks weak, but really, it depends on what resolution you will be gaming at. I game at 1440x900 on one PC and 1280x1024 on the other. Low res compared to those tests. I guess that's why my HD4870 still feels quick to me.

i may be wrong, but i was under the impression all ati cards with hdmi ports would automatically output audio thru the hdmi if it was being used. every one i've used or tinkered with has, at least.

Oh, I've never used an ATI card or even a video card with built in HDMI so I had no clue if they all output audio as well.
