Boasting to be the "airflow king",  the NZXT Tempest is a midsized tower geared for the enthusiast. With blue LED backlit fans and a large clear Plexiglas window the Tempest has some really simple lines that are sure to please.

The NZXT Tempest is part of the Crafted series of cases. The difference between the NZXT's Crafted and Classic series can be boiled down to form over function. The Crafted series of case is dressed up more than the Classic series, coming with things like windows to see all of your gear and backlit LED case fans to show it off.

Having been the lucky guy to have had the fortune to look at some great cases in the past I am looking forward to seeing if this case holds up to its boastful nature as the "Airflow king". It is going to take more than a few extra fans to claim this prize, considering what is currently available on the market, at the same price point and class in to which it  claims it falls.

In today's age of technology the R&D that goes into the chassis that we look at purchasing for our rigs is a massive market with many contenders trying to outdo one another, in hopes of receiving our hard earned cash. In today's current economic situation we are all looking for the best product at the best price. So to crown oneself the "airflow king" is a mighty big statement in my humble opinion. So let's dive in and see what this case entails and if it stacks up among the few that have impressed me.
