For testing I used the same configuration, as with the other coolers in this roundup -here's a cut-and-paste from the executive article describing the testing procedure-
For testing I used an Athlon 600MHZ stock CPU on an Abit KA7 motherboard with BIOS revision KA7_RY.B00 (Beta allows for cache division) and the Powerboost GFD to attain 750MHZ overclocked scores. I tested the cooler at the stock speed of 600MHZ, then 700MHZ, 735 MHZ and finally at 750MHZ speeds and measured each mark after the individual increases attached a thermal temperature probe to the back of the Athlon CPU (exposed because of the GFD installation) and gauged the temperature from within Windows 98 using The Abit Hardware doctor after a 15 minute continuous run of The CPU Stability Test version 6.0 . Here are the temperature scores remember the lower the number, the cooler the CPU stayed.:)
