Neoseeker is back today with another review for your appraisal. Today, we are looking at new a card from Gigabyte, the GTS 250. The Gigabyte GTS 250 OC GV-N250OC-1GI to be more precise.
The GTS 250 model came out about a month ago now, from NVIDIA. It debuted with a small measure of controversy in the tech press, as the GTS 250 has many fundamental similarities with the 9800 GTX+. But today we will not be concerning ourselves with that. Instead, we'll be looking at the more important question: how does this ~$150 USD video card stack up to the competition?
This particular GTS 250 -- our first reviewed -- looks, on the surface, to have a number of things going for it: it has some overclocked clocks; it has a non-stock, Zalman cooler; and a HDMI output.
While the GTX 275 and HD 4890 came out recently to break new benchmarks in the higher-end category of video cards, the middle ground has not changed much now, for some time. Does this G92 powered GTS 250 have what it takes to stand out? We're going to put it up against a slew of cards between the $100-$200 range and see where it stands.

was wondering if this card is pre Overclocked by default.
On the box it say standard 738Mhz and 768Mhz overclock.
so is it safe to assume its already overclocked or do i need to overclock it myselft.
