First Impressions
The case that we received was the silver version, although we are told that there is also a gunmetal version available. Why the case isn't available in straight black is mind boggling to me, as it would look pretty slick. In any case (pun not intended), the first thing all of us thought was 'wow this is a pretty big case'. Make no mistake, this case is quite a bit larger than your standard mid-ATX case, and you will see when we show you pictures of the back. However, as it is aluminum, it is very light despite its size. The finish is very nice, using a brushed aluminum style rather than a polished surface, which in my opinion matches the color a lot better.
The bottom half of the case does stick out a little due to the fan, which gives the case a bit of a pot bellied look. Minor, but it does detract a bit from the look.
