Introduction
FIC is another performance motherboard manufacturer who has constantly produced quality motherboards for more than 20 years. Today, they have the VC19, an Intel P4 based board for us to test. Previously, we were able to test the VC15 also another Intel based board. We should be able to see what improvements has been made since then.

What's In The Box
Installation and Layout The installation was pretty simple and just like the VC15 there is a nice row of capacitors near the CPU. Again I must emphasize the sillyness of motherboard makers by having the AGP connector so close to the DIMM slots. This makes removing or installing Ram so much harder without moving the video card first. The ATX power is again similar to the VC15 with its placement between the DIMM slots and the IDE connectors. This is cause problems with cable management.
