RightMark Read is an excellent benchmark for determining the absolute highest memory read rates. Here we see a virtual tie between the PC2-8000 memory at DDR2-967 with 5-4-4-9 timings, and the PC2-6400 memory at 773MHz with 4-4-4-10 timings. The faster memory wins by only 0.43%
RightMark Write
The difference is even more insignificant in the write bandwidth results. Here, the PC2-6400 memory is only 0.002% slower, which is WELL within experimental error.
