That's really impressive for a dual core, even with HT.

What air cooler was used?

Anyone have a general number or a good guess for what the TDP would be without the integrated GPU?

How high did temps get at load with that OC?

Nice work on that and LN2 and watercooling sound like a good idea

I used the Noctua NH-U9B SE2 and temps hovered around 53-56C IIRC

Gulftown (upcoming 6-core) uses the same 32nm core and is rated at 130W at around 3 GHz and it has 3 times more cores so.. 130W / 3 = roughly 45W TDP for a stock dual core without the IGP.

recent news is that the i5 670 broke past 7ghz on LN2.

try this baby with LN2, hell, I was dumbfounded when I saw that crazy voltage on the 670. 2.1v, omg.
