Sandra CPU Benchmark
Well, very interesting results to say the least.
There is some discussion on the net that the Conroe results people have been getting with all but the latest version of Sandra are too high, but I am not convinced that the numbers are not real.
First, let's assume that Sandra is correct.
The stock E6700 in that case beats not only the stock FX-62, but also the overclocked FX-60, overclocked Opteron, and all the other stock results reported here.
That "31064" for integer code sure sticks out... but is it plausible? We will investigate this matter further.
The overclocked E6700 Dhrystone result is simply out of this world; no wonder there are questions on the net about the high Sandra scores Conroe has been getting.
The floating point and SSE Whetstone results are better with Conroe, but do not show the extreme gains the Dhrystone does.
As there is some doubt to the validity of the Dhrystone results, I'm not going to figure out how much better it is... and will just say that it looks much better :)

Sandra Memory Bandwidth
We have some very interesting results here.
The stock figures are not great. An FX-60 running DDR-400 memory beats the Conroe running DDR2-800.
The stock FX-62 beats the stock Conroe by 30%
The overclocked numbers look much better, with only the overclocked FX-62 beating the overclocked Conroe by 4%
