The Cooler Master Elite 310 is a sturdy well made chassis with an attractive style about it. It should be appealing to those entering the custom built computer market or people who are looking for a chassis on a strict budget.
It was missing some features that I personally like to have in a chassis. The main one is wire management so all the cables can be hidden out of the way, however with only one ODD installed I was able to tuck all the wires into the three empty drive bays to keep the system somewhat tidy. I'm not sure if the case I received to review was just missing parts or not but there is the possibility of a tool-less retention system for the Elite 310. The drive bays have the holes for to receive the brackets so maybe you're able to purchase them in the future to make this chassis tool-less, but at the price point of this case I wasn't too worried about it.
The temperatures reached were nominal for a case that has only one exhaust fan stock, and with the possibility of adding two intake fans this case should only be more appealing. Over all I was thoroughly impressed with Cooler Master's Elite 310 case for its performance and cost.
The Elite 310 is very light at only 12lbs empty and 20lbs full it seems easy enough to handle and move about if you feel the need, this makes it a great candidate for a LAN case.
The price is just absurd (in a good way) for a case of this quality. At a paltry $40 USD without a PSU, and $60 USD with a PSU, the Elite 310 offers fantastic value. The Elite 310 can be recommended not only because it can maintain temperatures really well, but also because you can't go wrong when it is this inexpensive.

as for the rivet, like i said, its probably just a one off. during manufacturing, these problems would have been seen. but when theyre being delivered to stores, and then to you, there is a chance that something can happen to the case, getting beaten up during loading and unloading at least twice.
