As we've often seen with Cooler Master products, the CM Storm QuickFire TK comes in a very stylish black box. On the front, we find a large photo of the keyboard on a red background and what seems to be a rock wall to the left, as if the keyboard is breaking it down – no doubt intended to be symbolic of its ruggedness. We also see blue indicator LEDs and blue backlighting on all of the keys in the photo, which of course indicate the Cherry Blue switches inside. To confirm, there is a sticker on the bottom right corner with a photo and description of the Cherry MX Blue switches. On the bottom left, there is large text indicating the "CM Storm QuickFire TK" name and that it is a "Fully Backlit Mechanical Keyboard". Finally on the top left corner we find the Cooler Master logo.
On the left side of the box, we find more text indicating the "CM Storm QuickFire TK" name alongside some system requirements (Windows 7, Vista, XP) and the UPC code. On the right, we see "Storm Tactics" lettering and symbols indicating the keyboard's design towards "Strength", "Security", and "Control". Toward the bottom lies the Cooler Master logo, while the top tells you in no less than 21 languages to visit the CM Storm website for more information on the keyboard.
On the back, we find large "CM Storm QuickFire TK" text once again, a listing of the features of the keyboard in 9 languages, and photos of several major features including full LED backlighting, multimedia/lighting keys, compact layout, and NKRO in USB mode. Just under that is Cooler Master's contact information in several countries in case you need tech support.
Opening up the box, we find the keyboard tightly packed in a foam bag. You'll also find a key puller and small foldout manual inside. I like that Cooler Master has included a key puller, as it makes the keyboard much easier to clean in the long run. There's no better and easier way to clear out hair and grime from under your keys than to actually take out all the keycaps using the key puller
