Synthetic and Office Productivity Benchmarks

SiSoft Sandra CPU

The nForce 2 chipset shows its advantage over the KT600 chipset (as meagre as it might be), and you can also see what advantage dual DDR400 has over dual channel DDR333.

SiSoft Sandra Memory

Disappointingly, the Zenith board does not manage to beat the KT600 board even though it is supposedly better memory bandwidth. However, you can see how your scores improve with dual channel DDR 400

SiSoft Sandra Multimedia

Here you see that it takes dual channel DDR400 to just match the KT600 board. With dual channel DDR333, you lose some performance (but we are talking about a 2% difference here).

Sysmark 2002

Similar results to the Sandra suite, with no chipset taking any major lead. Every motherboard is within 1.8% of each other.

PCMark 2002

This is our first benchmark that we see that has substantial gains over the KT600 board. The CPU score is a whole 5% higher than the KT600 board, but surprisingly loses in the memory score.
