The same art that graces the BFG 8800 GTS 8800 OC2 itself adorns the box: there is a picture of a gamer (?) with his head in his hands, presumably trying to wrap his mind around the extreme performance of the card.
Unfortunately, there is no bundled game in this box.
As for the bundle, the BFG 8800 GTS OC2 comes with a quick install guide, a driver/manual CD, two DVI to VGA adapters, a HDTV dongle, and a dual Molex to PCI-E power adapter.
In addition to that fairly-standard stuff, the BFG 8800 GTS OC2 also comes with a BFG t-shirt. The Fruit-of-the-Loom shirt is one-size-fits-all -- but it'll fit you best if you are an XL.
The card also comes with some Teflon BFG Slick Pads, and some humorous stickers:
The folks at BFG Tech also offer a 24/7 tech support line, and a lifetime warranty. However, one thing to be aware of is, unlike some warranties -- such as the ones from XFX -- if you affix a custom cooler onto the card, it'll void the warranty. Of course, there really isn't much available for 8800 coolers yet, so for now, this isn't much of an issue.

why is the difference so vast between these cards?
The BFG 640Mb really looks good, but only because it is put up against a few very ordinary cards.
The difference in performance between the BFG 320Mb and 640Mb is disappointing since it has double the memory and 112 stream processors vs the normal 96 (in 320Mb)
Love the format of the tests and reviews on Neoseeker.
But ya, you are right.
