The BFG 8600 GTS OC2 is neck-and-neck with the XFX 8600 GTS again, as could be expected. However, the BFG 8600 GTS OC2 shows a competive edge in the F.E.A.R benchmark, when AA/AF is enabled. As for Prey, both the XFX 8600 GTS and BFG GTS OC2 are virtually tied.
It is interesting to compare how well the two overclocked GTS cards fair against the sole GT in these benchmarks. This XFX 8600 GT is fairly quick for a GT, and is a good representation of the GT class. In Prey, in both low and high quality settings, the XFX 8600 GT offers about 84.5% of the performance of the BFG 8600 GTS OC2.
Let's see if this performance gap between the fastest and slowest in these benchmarks continues...

Just joking. It wasn't even all the long ago that I moved on from my x800.
And you can get some pretty powerful AGP cards now a days, so no need to wallow in AGPity.
