BIOS - Continued
The "PnP/PCI Configuration" Menu gives you some limited control over interrupt assignments.
The "PC Health Status" menu shows if the power supply rails are OK or are out of spec - this in my opinion is poorly done; the actual measured voltages should be shown. This screen also allows you to control the fans.
Now we come to the goodies!
The "MB Intelligent Tweaker (M.I.T.)" menu is where all the overclocking will be done - it is where enthusiasts will want to go to do all of their tweaking.
When you first go to this menu, you might well go "HUH??? is that all there is to tweak?"
Fear not grasshopper...
Go back to the main menu, press "CTRL-F1" and feast your eyes on the two pages of tweakable options thus revealed...
Instead of the limited number of choices in the default MIT menu, a plethora of settings are made available for our tweaking pleasure... if we know the magic "CTRL-F1" trick.
As you can see there are a great number of adjustable paramenters for memory timing.
and lest the bright red "System Voltage NOT Optimized" concern you, I've added one more screen shot - showing that this BIOS lets you up Vcore all the way up to 2.0Vcore! Bring on the liquid nitrogen! (Just kidding folks)

I have tried all bios versions, all avilable configs and more more more things. I just want to know the problem is my cpu or main board?
