The BIOS

There is nothing special about the main BIOS page - it is a standard Award BIOS.

The "Standard CMOS Features" lets you configure the eight SATA and two IDE channels and floppy drive.

Here is an example of what a SATA or IDE channel shows when you go into its own menu:

The "Advanced BIOS Features" menu lets you control the boot priority, and CPU features such as SpeedStep, virtualization support etc.

The "Integrated Peripherals" Menu lets you set the mode that on-board peripherals operate in, as well as enabling/disabling them.

The "Power Management Setup" menu lets you control ACPI suspend modes and wakeup events.
