Bearlake Launch & Gigabyte P35-DS3R Review - PAGE 17
William Henning - Monday, May 21st, 2007

Sandra

CPU

The Gigabyte P35-DS3R did very well for the CPU benchmark, taking top place at stock, and third place when overclocked - the overclocked results were strictly ordered by maximum CPU speed.

Bandwidth

The P35-DS3R placed in the middle of the pack at stock speeds; and took third place when overclocked.

Latency

The P35 chipset does not seem to do well with latency - maybe a new BIOS will help?

DDR3 latencies will likely be even worse.
