The Half Life 2 Stress Test was run at maximum settings, with Vsync disabled.

Half Life 2 sees the flagship cards running almost neck and neck, with the 7800 GTX taking a very small lead overall. The X1800XL does not fair too well against the 7800 GT in this test. The X1300 shows a very poor score considering its specs, which has us wondering...

We ran Doom 3 at High quality with Vsync disabled.

The 7800 Series cards score a clear victory in Doom 3 (As to be expected) with both X1800 cards coming in comfortably under the 7800 GT. the X1600 to put it flatly, performs abysmally in Doom3. It is not much farther below the second lowest card, the X800 XL, but we are hoping for some driver optimizations before releasing the card to make the game at least playable at 1600 x 1200.
