ASUS A8R32-MVP Deluxe - PAGE 1

As motherboard manufactures go, ASUS is one of the top dogs in the pack, and their new A8R32-MVP Deluxe is yet another shot at motherboard supremacy. The last few years have seen the rise and fall of many different motherboard manufacturers, but ASUS (among others) has remained steadfast and strong, making a name for themselves among gamers and hardware enthusiasts alike. Today, we're reviewing ASUS' latest creation, the A8R32-MVP Deluxe motherboard, and we hope that it will live up to what we have come to expect from the company.

ASUS is one of the first board manufacturers to make the push towards dual 16x PCI-E graphics. Gone are the days of AGP and PCI-Express 8x duals -- 16x duals is where the love is at apparently. Dell and Alienware were amongst the first of the mainstream PC manufacturers to move towards this dual 16x configuration, which made use of NVIDIAs nForce4 X16 chipset, and now ASUS is attempting to bring this feature to the rest of us -- the DIY crowd.

ATI is not twiddling its thumbs in the face of the high-performance chipset juggernaut, and instead, they are stepping up to the plate with their much-anticipated RD580 chipset which they have dubbed the "Xpress 3200". Take a moment to catch your breath, and read on to find out what makes the new A8R32-MVP Deluxe from ASUS so special.
