Abit AB9 Pro Review - PAGE 10
William Henning - Tuesday, October 10th, 2006

Call of Duty

Well, as in most of the tests, there is practically no difference between the performance of the Asus P5B and the Abit AB9 Pro - as you can see, here the AB9 is a hair (1fps) faster at stock, and a whopping 1.7 fps slower when overclocked.

Not significant.

You'd never notice.

Doom 3

The difference is slightly larger with Doom 3 - at stock speeds the Asus P5B Deluxe WiFi is 3.4 fps faster than the Abit AB9 Pro, but when overclocked, the Abit is 9.6fps faster than the P5B!

What's surprising is that the Abit manages a 7.2fps lead over the 975X based P5W DH Deluxe.
