Chris Ledenican - Like +my favouritesLost Planet 2 is a sci-fi action-adventure game from CAPCOM that puts players on a fictional planet called E.D.N. III 10 years after the events of the first game. Like the other new games added to our reviews, Lost Planet 2 includes support for DX11 features to enhance the lighting, characters and environments.
Lost Planet 2 is similar to games such as Crysis Warhead and Metro 2033 in that it needs substantial hardware to run at a smooth frame rate. During our testing the PowerColor HD 6850 did relatively well considering it's mid-level pricing, but ultimately the best results were achieved only after we overclocked the board.
