Metro 2033 puts you right in the middle of post apocalyptic Moscow, battling Mutants, rivals and ratio-active fallout. The game is very graphics intensive and utilizes DX11 technology, making it a good measure of how the latest generation of graphics cards performs under the latest standard.

Metro 2033 is yet another game that requires a substantial amount of computing power to be rendered at a smooth frame rate, and the HD 6770 was just shy of achieving what we would consider an acceptable gaming experience. Still. once the memory and core clocks were overclocked, the frame rates at 1050p did hit an average of 30FPS, so it would be possible to play this game with this card, but it would require the in-game settings to be set lower than what was used for benchmarking.
