All of Corsair's cases are acclaimed for their included features, support, expansion and functionally, so it should come as little surprise that the 400R is yet another excellent case from Corsair that succeeds on all fronts.
Starting with the exterior, the 400R is a visually appealing case that uses rounded edges, perforated ventilation and a black color scheme. All of these aspects help improve the overall aesthetics of the case, allowing it to fit into virtually any computer space without it looking out of place. Additionally, the exterior of the 400R includes a top mounted handle that facilitates case transport, before or after the hardware has been installed.
Internally the 400R also scores high marks. It has a plenty of room for the latest hardware including graphics cards that are over 12 inches in length, extra long power supplies, and up to six internal 3.5-inch hard drives. The internal hard drive bays are also able to accommodate up to six 2.5-inch drives, so the 400R comes with ample SSD support. The chassis also has room for up to ten case fans (three of which are already included) which will increase the internal thermal efficiency, and reduce the heat output of the installed components.
Like other cases released from Corsair, the 400R includes an extremely functional cable routing system. This allowed us to hide virtually all the cables from our 1200W non-modular power supply behind the motherboard tray, ensuring our assembled system was clutter free. With the cables behind the tray, the interior looked extremely clean, further improving aesthetics and conveniently optimizing the internal airflow.
In addition, the 400R includes support for 240mm radiators with internally mounted fans. This was a welcome feature, as the Graphite 600T still required the fans to be mounted on the exterior of the chassis. On the back of the 400R are four pre-drilled water cooling cutouts that support tubes with a half inch diameter. With all these features, the 400R comes well equipped for water cooling, which is impressive considering the modest price tag.
At $99 there is little to dislike about the 400R and we would easily pay more for a case of this caliber.

wouldve had a winner for me at $100-$150 if it kept the same aesthetics but included them sexy heat zones.
id pay $200 for all that plus factory installed sound dampening foam.
