Our most current benchmarks, X3 and Company of Heroes, were not kind to the G84. Unlike the other benches, the 8600 GTS stutters behind the other cards with fair gap in between them. The XFX 8800 GTS 320MB, which costs around $100 dollars more than the 8600 GTS, averages 30 FPS higher than the G84 card. These results really put the 8600 GTS into a bad light.
