Lost Planet 2 is a sci-fi action-adventure game from CAPCOM that puts players on a fictional planet called E.D.N. III 10 years after the events of the first game. Like the other new games added to our reviews, Lost Planet 2 includes support for DX11 features to enhance the lighting, charters and environments.

Lost Planet favors Nvidia-based graphics card, and this really shows throughout testing. In this benchmark the HD 6870 DiRT 3 edition graphics card has a hard time keeping up with the GTX 560, and only managed to get close when testing at 2560x1600 due to both graphics cards having a 1GB memory interface. Overclocking did improve the performance, but anything at or above 1920x1200 will start to look choppy.
