Anime Expo 2007 Report - PAGE 8
Gabriel Vega - Tuesday, July 3rd, 2007

How did the show turn out in the latest move to Long Beach? Well the stats show over 44,000 people came down to the show and participated in one of the largest anime conventions in the world. So I guess things are going well. While they didn't jump and conquer the Anaheim numbers like in past years for attendence it can be said that without a doubt this has been one of the most thriving shows yet. If the momentum can follow into the LACC, thats a huge pondering, if they checked out space to match E3 then I think it's going to be quite an adventure given the amount of halls and total floor space available which pretty much eliminate any need for outside sourcing of the venues at all in that 4 story monster (ground, 1,2,3). One thing is for sure, the indoor surroundings at the LACC will be a wonderful thing given the heat this July.

Here's a bit of a wrap-up album for those wanting more shots.

We would like to thank the SPJA, BAM and the entire AX staff for putting on an amazing effort this year.
